About Dr. Morano
Not Your Average Physical Therapist.
Bridging rehabilitation and performance for active adults, athletes, and anyone ready to move beyond temporary relief.
The Philosophy Behind the Practice
Movement Is Medicine
Most physical therapy is reactive — you get hurt, you get treated, you get discharged. Dr. Morano's approach is different. Every session starts with a thorough biomechanical assessment to understand not just where you hurt, but why.
That means looking at how you move, where the system is breaking down, and what's actually driving your symptoms. Treatment follows the evidence — manual therapy to restore tissue quality and joint mechanics, followed by progressive loading to rebuild capacity and resilience.

How Treatment Works
A Three-Step Framework
Biomechanical Analysis
Every session begins with a detailed movement screen. We identify compensations, asymmetries, and load deficits that are driving your symptoms.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on treatment to restore tissue quality, joint mobility, and neuromuscular control. This is where we address the underlying dysfunction — not just the pain.
Movement Loading
Progressive exercise prescription to rebuild strength, stability, and resilience. The goal is a body that can handle demand — not one that just feels better temporarily.
The Story Behind the Practice
"Being an athlete taught me that the body is more capable than most people think — and that the right kind of stress, applied at the right time, is what drives adaptation."
